The intra or inter- company seminar aims at accustom participants steps by steps so the strategies of internationalization that are the most used by the French SMEs. The seminar will focus on different questions: where to go (choice of markets), how (entrance strategies) and with who going global (choice of partners) and will thus allow participants to express or refine their strategy of international development.

Based on interactions the seminar will rely on case studies of Rhône Alpes SME’s choosing to go global in mature and emerging countries.
