Managing virtual teams - Conference

In a new world in which teams work and cooperate from different countries or regions without seeing each other, can we still manage the group, can we qualify these groups as teams?
Ruud Hartmanns, professor of Organizational Behaviour in the IMBA at iaelyon school of management, with two alumni of the program, Clarisse Allouard and Ben Reinhardt will discuss about how to effectively manage virtual teams. Clarisse and Ben have been exploring this question through their own practices but they also researched on it.
