Visiting professor: Belhassen ZOUARI, Sup’Com - Carthage University

Belhassen Zouari has been a full professor of Computer Sciences at the School of Communication Sup'Com at the University of Carthage in Tunisia since 2011. He is also a computer engineer and holds a PhD from the University of Paris 6.
On the managerial level, he was at the origin of the Tunisian national cybersecurity plan which led to the creation of the ANSI (National Agency for Computer Security - tunCERT) which he chaired from 2007 to 2011. He also regularly works  as an expert in the fields of cybersecurity and digital governance for international organizations such as the United Nations, UNCTAD, La Francophonie, ESCWA and ITU
