Visiting Professor: Neil Conway, Royal Holloway - University of London

Neil Conway, Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, will be at Magellan Lab - iaelyon from 24th to 27th April. He will present to the “Sustainable Performance” Thematic Team his research on Pay and Pay inequality.

From 12:15 p.m. to 1:45 p.m., during the meeting of the Sustainable PerformanceThamatic Team, he will present the research "Pay, Pay inequality, individual performance-related pay and Depressed Well-being", carried out in collaboration with Gregor Bouville, professor of Human Resources at iaelyon.

Between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m., he will share with Magellan Lab researchers his experience as Associate Editor of the “Human Relations” Review.
